Geoff's association with NLF began in 2003 when he hosted one of the directors (Josephine Shoo) to study Christian education. As a result of this 4 week visit, Hebron Christian College where he was Principal until Dec 2017, raised $11,000 for the orphanage and sent a 53 strong mission team to Tanzania in July 2005 and further teams in 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2017. The NLF NZ trust was formed in 2016 and along with Hebron has raised close to $600,000 for NLF Tanzania. |

Monique Douglas

Monique first visited NLF in 2011 and was inspired by the NLF mission and life changing stories of the students. Since then she has returned many times to serve, develop the website and love the children. She is an Accountant by profession and works at Church Unlimited where her husband and two daughters also attend. Their family sponsors a number of students and always loves hearing how they are progressing both educationally and spiritually. |

Ruth has always loved missions and sharing Jesus with people around the world. In 2005 she first visited NLF and began a long term friendship with this organisation. Since then she has sponsored a child and taken 2 of her own children to NLF in 2015 and 2017. She is a teacher at Elim Christian College and has a love for children especially those at NLF and they certainly leave a mark on your life forever. |

Natasha Brooking

Natasha visited NLF in 2013 and fell in love with the people and Tanzania. She returned in 2015 and served at NLF as a teacher for 8 months and then again in 2017 for 4 months. Natasha is a Primary School Teacher at Elim Christian College and loves spending time with family & friends. She has been sponsoring a child since 2013 and has loved forming a relationship with her over the years. Natasha has a heart for missions and firmly believes that love always looks like something. |

John is married to Roz (a school teacher) and they have 3 children. They attend Pacific Island Church and serve in a number of roles including Elder, HOD of Bible Class, mentoring youth leaders & weekly bible studies. Roz & John have a passion for short term missions and have visited China, Thailand and Africa. Their visit to NLF was life changing, they were truly blessed by the spiritual growth of the students. John works as a Youth Justice Coordinator working with young people & families. |

Josh Breetvelt

Josh was born and raised in Auckland, NZ. He owns and operates a small electrical business and loves anything to do with the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and surfing. Josh's first trip to Africa was for 3 months doing volunteer electrical work with a week of that at NLF. This was where he grew to love and support the vision NLF has for the children of Tanzania. Josh is now married to Emma for over 6 years and they have three children - Luke, Ayla and Zoe. Josh and Emma are currently helping with a church plant in Auckland. |

Julie lives in Delhi, India with her husband and 4 children. She is studying Transformational Development and is volunteering with a Relief and Development NGO that works with the poor and marginalised. |

Richard & Merridith Ng

Richard & Merridith visited and worked with NLF in Sept 2009 and returned to NZ with a desire to support the children and NLF. Richard is an Optometrist by profession and has a keen interest in photography, sports, nutrition, health & fitness. Merridith (originally from USA), is a Personal Assistant and her interests are health & fitness, travel, reading and swimming. Richard & Merridith live in Wellington with their two daughters and serve at ARISE Church. |
