Fountain of Hope
The 400+ children attending the Fountain of Hope are either: orphans without any living relatives, children with only 1 parent, children from very needy homes or fee-paying children from good homes.
The children are cared for 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week during which time they are fed 3 meals a day, clothed, accommodated, educated, given medical and dental care when needed and supervised in free time and play. Children with parents go home for the school holidays.
The philosophy of the school is to give underprivileged children a quality education and better life through Christian teachings.
The teachers and administration staff voluntarily share this vision and give their time, talents and skills.
New Life Foundation was established along with the Fountain of Hope Christian boarding school in 2001. The school began with an initial roll of 14 children and now there are over 480 students being loved, educated and cared for by the NLF teachers and staff.
This private Christian boarding school is unique, as it opens it doors to the poorest children in the nation. The majority of its students cannot afford their local state schools due to lack of family income however, New Life Foundation through sponsorship and donations, endeavors to offer an excellent holistic education to as many children as possible.
